| In The News Lacks Cancer Center is The First with Revolutionary Radiation Technology. Tewfik J. Bichay, PhD, the Director of Medical Physics at Saint Mary’s Health Care recently was granted a patent for his invention of a new system of delivering radiation therapy. Called the “doorless entry” system, the innovation has been in use at The Lacks Cancer Center since its opening.
